Cancellation policy

• We will use our reasonable endeavours to accommodate your requests for alterations of your Booking, subject to availability of accommodation.

• If you wish to cancel the whole or any part of your booking and you notify us in writing (see our contact details) 14 days in advance of your date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged and your deposit if any, will be refunded (unless stated differently at the time of booking). It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your notice of cancellation in time.

• If cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• No refunds will be made for non-arrivals
